Alan Patching

If a couple of words can describe Alan Patching, they are "credibility" and inspiration. He was formerly the Chief Executive of the organisation that owns the largest Olympic Stadium ever built, Sydney's Olympic Stadium, and was also the owner's Project Director, responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of a venue that then IOC President Samaranch called the most impressive stadium I have seen in my life. Alan Patching has also been the Project Manager/Director of some of Australia's largest construction and development projects. However, project management is only one aspect of his extensive business repertoire.

He is a gifted and inspiring international communicator on management, leadership, marketing and motivation who delivers with great enthusiasm from a wealth of practical experience. From senior executives of leading corporations to sales incentive groups and professional associations, he has inspired, challenged, informed and entertained audiences for many years.

Alan negotiated the largest property transaction in Australia's property history (1.2 billion). He also personally negotiated some of the largest commercial leases ever signed in Australia. His effective marketing has taken him to the point where he is currently one of Australia's most in demand speakers both locally and internationally. He has shared the platform with Dr Denis Waitley, Dr Wayne Dyer, Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Robert Kiyosaki, Joe Girard and others. Alan is also the author of several books and audio albums, including "Profit for Professionals" (Communication, Negotiation, Marketing and Selling Skills for Professional People), "21st Century Leadership" and "The Future proof Corporation", the latter two in co-authorship with Dr Denis Waitley of the USA. He has written two further books, "Building a Futureproof Business" and "The Soul Thing That Matters" and these are scheduled for publishing in 2003
